We have a policy of non-refundable deposits for all scheduled appointments. However, with at least one week's notice prior to cancellation, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. We kindly request that clients take into consideration our advanced booking schedule when planning touch-up appointments. In the event of a missed touch-up appointment, clients may need to schedule an appointment earlier than the typical 6-month touch-up interval. Additional charges may apply in such cases.

We highly recommend scheduling a consultation, which can be conducted either in-person or via Zoom, prior to booking this service. This ensures that we fully understand your needs and can tailor our services to meet your expectations. The tattoo must be VERY faded to work over or corrected. Working over other artist's work is often more work than working on a blank canvas and for that reason we DO NOT touchup other artist’s work for touchup pricing. **Extra fees will apply if color correction is needed.

We use Permablend pigments. The ingredients are a combination of powdered pigments, glycerin, witch hazel, isopropyl alcohol, aqua, rosin, and DMDM hydantoin. Permablend pigments are gamma-ray sterilized, vegan and cruelty-free.

All New Client Appointments are scheduled to include consultations. In this time frame, our experienced artists will provide the consultation, and perform the desired service.

After your first Nano Brow appointment, you’ll be pre-booked for a 4-6 week follow-up appointment. The purpose of a follow-up appointment is to make any adjustments to the shape or color based on the healed results. This follow-up appointment is optional. The frequency of your touch-up, ranging from every 6 months to once a year, is tailored to your preference, with the pigment retention being influenced by your individual skin type.
